Purpose

Unroasted, previously Cafemporio, was founded in Wroclaw in 2014 and has since been delivering high-quality green coffee beans and fast and reliable service on the Polish and Eastern European coffee market. During our journey, we have learned that each Grower and Roaster face individual challenges and need to receive special attention to deal with their struggles. Our purpose is to create valuable relationships with both sides of the chain and understand how we can support and become the bridge between them. To increase not only the quality of our coffee but the quality of our service, we approach each person with an open and flexible mindset; listening, understanding and acting.

Knowledge is power! With this attitude, we aim to bring proper education about coffee agriculture to Roasters and share their feedback and roasting preferences with the Growers. In our opinion, transparency evolving from consistent communication between Roasters and Growers will reinforce the development of a database of information, challenges and ideas leading to more conscious decision-making and industry improvement.

It is important for us to support and promote creative ideas and innovations that can increase quality, enhance sustainability or ethical standards in the coffee industry.

Relationships
Flexibility

We approach each Roaster with an open and flexible mind, trying to understand, support and find creative solutions. We want the connections between Growers and Roasters to develop unique business experience and knowledge-exchange.

Quality

The strong and personal relationship we have with the Growers, allows us to be the first recipient of the best coffee crop they produce. Each coffee we import, including commodity, is delivered in Grain Pro bags. A team of 3 independent Q Graders, keeps track of the quality control of the coffee we contract and controls the stability of coffee profiles of our blends. Constant contact with roasters guarantees their satisfaction with the quality of coffee we have delivered.

Service

Fast, on-time logistics include two strategic warehouses. We provide automated, electronic invoices and complete information about the coffee, farm and the farmer that produced the purchased coffee. We help roasteries to find the correct roasting profile and can deliver the coffee beans printing the logo of the client on the bags. We consider individual requests case by case.

Innovation

Education

An educated and well-informed Roaster owns better tools to make purchase-related decisions. We aim to provide guidance and knowledge covering coffee agriculture and other key issues concerning the coffee industry.
