Since 2014, Unroasted has been sourcing exceptional green coffee and connecting it with roasters across Central and Eastern Europe.
Born in Poland, our journey began with Brazilian coffees, an origin that has shaped our story from the very beginning and remains one of the foundations of our work. Over time, our curiosity and search for quality have taken us further, building a portfolio that now includes Colombia, Ethiopia and Guatemala.
For us, sourcing means more than finding good coffee. It means building direct relationships with farmers and cooperatives, travelling to origin, listening to producers and understanding the realities behind every lot.
We know that both growers and roasters face complex challenges. That is why we work as a long-term partner: one that listens, adapts and responds with care, consistency and efficiency.
From commercial lots to nanolots, we tailor our approach to the needs of each roastery while keeping the reliability needed to work at scale.
