Flexibility
We approach each Roaster with an open and flexible mind, trying to understand, support and find creative solutions. We want the connections between Growers and Roasters to develop unique business experience and knowledge-exchange.
Quality
The strong and personal relationship we have with the Growers, allows us to be the first recipient of the best coffee crop they produce. Each coffee we import, including commodity, is delivered in Grain Pro bags. A team of 3 independent Q Graders, keeps track of the quality control of the coffee we contract and controls the stability of coffee profiles of our blends. Constant contact with roasters guarantees their satisfaction with the quality of coffee we have delivered.
Service
Fast, on-time logistics include two strategic warehouses. We provide automated, electronic invoices and complete information about the coffee, farm and the farmer that produced the purchased coffee. We help roasteries to find the correct roasting profile and can deliver the coffee beans printing the logo of the client on the bags. We consider individual requests case by case.
Education
An educated and well-informed Roaster owns better tools to make purchase-related decisions. We aim to provide guidance and knowledge covering coffee agriculture and other key issues concerning the coffee industry.
