Flexible Solution for your Purchase Planning
At Unroasted we are young, creative and flexible. We understand that each Roaster has its own challenges and requirements, for that reason, we try to support everyone individually.
No matter if you're a one or hundreds of bags a month kind of roaster, we understand that quality and consistency are both very important to support your relationship with your clients. With that in mind we have designed the BEAN BOUND PROGRAMMES, a flexible solution where you can organise your coffee needs in advance, protecting your stable quality and profile, without having to engage your cash-flow or warehouse space.
How does it work:
Roasters select the coffee profile that meets their needs in the best way.
Roasters notify us about the estimated monthly quantities of the coffee they've chosen.
We settle the price and flexible commercial conditions.
We store the coffee in a strategically located warehouse to provide a fast delivery (order can be shipped the next day).
Unroasted delivers the coffees in correlation with the roaster demands.
The Bean Bound Programme can be agreed with weekly or monthly deliveries. We can store the Roastery's reservation for a specific lot up to 12 months.
What else do you get by Joining the Program:
Grain Pro packaging
No matter the quality of the chosen coffee, we always pack our beans in Grain Pro hermetic bags. By doing so, the coffee retains its original colour, humidity, aroma, taste and smell during transport and storage. The Roasters who buy from us notice that the coffee packed in Grain Pro bags loses about 3% less weight during the roasting process, compared to coffee packed in Jute. Meaning that you can save 3 bags of coffee per 100, only by purchasing Grain Pro packed goods. We encourage you to verify this yourself!
Your Logo on bags
We would be happy to supply the coffee you purchase using bags with your logo. These bags can later be used to make fashionable handbags, decorate your Roastery or a coffee shop, whatever your imagination takes you to :)
Logistics Discount
We guarantee a 10% transportation discount. You can also choose to transport the coffee yourself, according to your preferences.
Cerrado D.O. Certificate
(Designation of Origin)
Every coffee coming from the Cerrado region is delivered with a Cerrado Coffee Federation certificate. This means that you gain access to the fully transparent traceability system. You can learn more about the exact location, grower details, coffee type, cupping notes etc. just by scanning the QR code placed on the coffee bags your receive. Click the link to see an example of the coffee traceability system.
Events
We will support you to promote the coffee by connecting your clients to everyday life and challenges in coffee agriculture. We organise training and tasting events for your customers where we present the Brazilian coffee production techniques. We often get a chance to make a video call with our farmers who usually end up being the main stars of the event :) We are open to hearing more ideas coming straight from you to help with marketing your coffee even better.
Trip to Origin
You will receive a "Brazil Discovery Trip 2020 - Meet your Farmer" invitation for 3 people to visit Brazilian growers we work with. We cover all costs during your 6-day-stay in Brazil, including hotel, transport, catering etc. You only need to pay for your flight and can even stay longer for vacation if you wish so! During the trip, we will visit 3 coffee regions, 9 farms, 11 cupping events and UFLA (Federal University of Lavras) lectures with some of the best scientists in the world specialising in coffee production.
Exclusivity to farms and producers in your country
Depending on the volume needed, we can settle for your roastery to be the only one to receive coffee from the specific farm.
Cooperation in Coffee Production Direct with Grower
We share your demands and preferences with the Growers who will be able to meet your needs even better the next time you purchase the coffee from their farm. You can select the preferred botanical variety and processing method for the Grower to produce a unique coffee meeting your requirement. Growers and Roasters can improve the quality of coffee by openly sharing experiences and information.
