With wide experience in International Trade and Quality Control, Alexandre has in the last 11 years met with Hundreds of Growers and Roasters, with who shares Knowledge and Expertise to define a unique approach to the Coffee Chain which is aligned with the highest expectation of the Specialty Coffee Industry.

Head of Finance, Trade and Operations
Wanderson is Co-founder of UNROASTED, jointly by his best friend Alexandre Figueiredo the partnership has proven vastly fruitful. His previous track record on enterprise companies has brought sharp structure, tactical and long-term thinking to consolidate the business. Wanderson focuses on finance, trade and operations which makes up for the overall nimble strategy by UNROASTED way to Specialty Coffee.

Kasia is our logistics and administration pivot, taking care of customer services on domestic and international deliveries. She is important to our operational excellence and administrative goals . Her work is translated into the speed and quality of all orders, which reflects into the satisfaction of our customers, who can always count on her support and expertise.
Karina Kurek
Operations & Administration Manager
Karina leads our logistics and administration, ensuring seamless coffee imports and high-quality, domestic and international deliveries. With expertise in international trade and supply chain management she is integral to our operational excellence. Her dedication is reflected in the fluidity, speed and quality of all processed orders, which reflects into the satisfaction of our customers, who can always count on her support and expertise.

Alan works in the coffee industry since he was 20 years old in Brazil, knowing very well the growers until the needs of the coffee roasters. He has the capacity of sensing and understanding his client’s needs and he will find ways to help your roastery stand out in your local coffee scene. He loves to create with his clients a sense of strong partnership, mutual collaboration and togetherness. He will always be there for you and your needs!
