Lucimar’s Silva passion for coffee started very early, her first jobs were in coffee plantations, including planting and harvesting. Throught intense dedication, studying, searching for knowledge, and specializing in the coffee culture; opportunities for her arose, and she conquered new spaces. The girl who harvested coffee at the age of 14 went through all the sectors of the farms, growing in knowledge and learning about the entire coffee supply chain, and now she became the agricultural director of Guima Café’s farms.
